In legal proceedings, he assists heirs with estate settlements and various inheritance disputes, such as contestations of wills, correcting unequal distributions, or cases involving abuse of trust or assets. Because he understands where planning tends to go structurally wrong, he uses this insight strategically during the procedure.

In his advisory practice, he analyzes existing succession plans—often plans that were originally created with the best intentions but no longer fit the current reality, family dynamics, or inheritance law. By understanding how conflicts arise, he can proactively offer solutions that are both legally strong and humanly acceptable.

Rinse obtained the degree of Master of Laws (University of Antwerp) and Master of Notarial Law (Free University of Brussels).

He is a lawyer at the Brussels Bar and has been part of the Cazimir team since 2015.

Rinse has in-depth expertise in guiding family conflicts, both in the context of family estate planning and inheritance issues or divorces, with a focus on complex liquidation divisions. He always strives in the first instance for an amicable and legally certain solution in family disputes. If an amicable agreement proves impossible, Rinse also has extensive experience in pleading before the various Belgian courts, where he will defend your interests with all necessary means.

Rinse also advises wealthy families throughout their entire life cycle and assists entrepreneurs in planning and structuring their assets. He helps clients transfer assets to the next generation, taking into account the different interests within the family or specific wishes of the donor. He also regularly advises clients on historically lopsided situations or ill-considered planning, by providing original but legally certain solutions.
